The increasing responsibilities of deputies and trustees will be discussed at a conference aimed at Court of Protection specialists, in London on 3 May. Deputy Day 2018: All About Will is being organised by financial advisors Frenkel Topping, and is aimed at professional deputies, trustees, litigation and private client experts as well as case managers and other professionals. It will be chaired by Andrew Ritchie QC, 9 Gough Square. Speakers include Will Mieville-Hawkins, Senior Judge Carolyn Hilder, Senior Costs Judge Peter Haworth along with a senior member from the Office of the Public Guardian. There will also be sessions where deputies can discuss their concerns and share experiences in a confidential environment.
