Helena Kennedy QC calls on law firms to support tax reclaiming schemes

Helena Kennedy QC has called on law firms to support Workplace Giving schemes, which allow charities to reclaim the 40% or 50% tax from higher rate tax-paying donors. Kennedy hopes to see law firms achieve a 10% uptake of the scheme among staff by May. More information is available at www.gearedforgiving.com.
