Three justices have been appointed to the Supreme Court this week. Lord Justice Hughes, vice-president of the Court of Appeal Criminal Division, will succeed Lord Dyson, and Lord Justice Toulson will succeed Lord Walker. Both judges will take up their new positions on 9 April.
