Legal news update

Trade in Goods (Categories of Controlled Goods) Order 2008 (SI 2008/1805) Commences 1 October 2008. Amends the Trade in Goods (Control) Order 2003 and The Trade in Controlled Goods (Embargoed Destinations) Order 2004. The principal change introduced by the order is a three tiered structure to trade controls to respond to recent concerns relating to specific goods and activities.
