The Law Society’s 200th anniversary tour of the country rolled into London this week

According to a YouGov survey commissioned to mark the anniversary, six out of ten Londoners and 57% of people across England and Wales trust solicitors. The survey, of 2,580 adults in January, also found 80% of Londoners who used a solicitor in the past five years gave a positive rating for customer service.

Law Society president Richard Atkinson said: ‘Our mission continues to be to create a diverse legal community and a sustainable future for the next generations.’
