Firm expands large loss offering in London

Weightmans LLP has expanded its large loss and technical claims insurance division in London with the recruitment of new partner Seva Singh

Previously with DAC Beachcroft, Seva specialises in high value personal injury litigation handling all types of claims including motor, employers’ liability, public liability, occupiers’ liability and insurance contract law. 

Kieran Jones, head of insurance at Weightmans LLP says: “Seva is a great addition to our growing insurance team in London and brings additional expertise litigation capabilities. We are delighted to have him on board.”

Seva’s specialist areas of interest include maximum severity brain injury cases and in particular, cases involving issues of capacity. He has also handled a range of work involving insurance contract and indemnity disputes.
