Charles Russell LLP has announced that Robert Mecrate-Butcher, previously a partner at Pinsent Masons, is to join as a partner in the firm’s employment and pensions team.
Robert is experienced in advising clients in the insurance and financial services sector, having particular expertise in relation to TUPE, equality, diversity issues, executive departures, and the enforcement of restrictive covenants.
He is also experienced in advising financial institution clients in defending and avoiding reputational risk claims including discrimination and whistle-blowing.
