Market leading lawyer joins firm

OC Queen Street has announced the appointment of Ralph Lim as director and head of its corporate and M&A practice.

Ralph has 20 years of experience in advising clients on corporate and commercial matters. His portfolio includes public and private mergers and acquisitions, initial public offerings, rights issues, placements, equity fund raising, and private equity and venture capital fund investments.

Ralph joins OC Queen Street from a leading Singapore law firm, where he co-headed the merger and acquisition practice and handled many high-profile matters.
