PM Project Services Ltd v Dairy Crest Ltd [2016] EWHC 1235 (TCC), [2016] All ER (D) 101 (Jun)

The Technology and Construction Court dismissed the claimant project management company’s application for summary judgment concerning sums allegedly owed to it by the defendant in the course of a construction project. The court held that the defendant’s claims could not be dismissed as fanciful, and that it had a real prospect of success in resisting the claimant’s claim.
