Post-PACCAR litigation funding: consultation extended

The deadline for submissions to the Civil Justice Council’s (CJC) consultation on litigation funding, including third party funding, has been extended by one month

The consultation now closes at one minute to midnight on 3 March.

As before, the CJC is due to publish a full report in the summer. Read and respond to the consultation here.
