Penningtons Manches

Penningtons Solicitors has bought Manches. All 265 Manches employees, including 46 partners, have moved to Penningtons, now to be known as Penningtons Manches. The resulting 115-partner firm has more than 600 staff, a combined turnover of £58m, and will work from seven premises in England. Chief executive David Raine says: “The legal market is constantly evolving and we do not believe that standing still is an option for any strong, progressive law firm.”
