Two new DR partners at Simmons & Simmons

Simmons & Simmons has announced that it has promoted two of its London-based dispute resolution lawyers Navneet Juty and Peter Broadhurst to its partnership this year. Navneet is a construction law specialist (contentious and non-contentious) advising on infrastructure and energy projects with over 17 years of experience. Peter advises on EU, competition and regulatory matters. He regularly provides advice on competition law issues arising from mergers, acquisitions and structural joint ventures, as well as non-structural joint ventures and cooperation agreements.
