Clifford Chance has recruited Monica Sah to join the firm’s financial regulatory and markets practice as a partner.

Monica joins the firm from Morgan Stanley. She was a senior associate in the same Clifford Chance regulatory practice that she is rejoining.

Commenting on the appointment, Chris Bates, head of the financial regulatory and markets practice, says: “Monica will be able to turn to the advantage of our clients her experience as a senior lawyer in a leading financial institution.”
