Carey Olsen has appointed Michael McAuley as a new counsel to its litigation department in Guernsey.

His offshore trust experience includes seven years at Appleby in Bermuda. Michael is an internationally renowned lecturer and author on the offshore trust industry. 

Carey Olsen’s head of litigation and managing partner John Greenfield said of the appointment: “Michael is an established trust practitioner and his title reflects reputable expertise in the offshore trust world where he has worked alongside leading Counsel and international law firms.”
