Hart Brown partner appointed Law Society president

Hart Brown partner Marek Bednarczyk has been appointed president of the Surrey Law Society for 2014. He is an experienced litigator, specialising in personal injury and clinical negligence. Marek is a member of the Law Society’s Personal Injury Panel and has also been a longstanding member of the Law Society/SRA Clinical Negligence Panel and the specialist clinical negligence panel for the charity Action against Medical Accidents. He has worked for many years dealing with legal aid appeals for the Legal Aid Agency, an organisation charged with the administration of legal aid. He has been a member of the Association of Personal Injury Lawyers (APIL) for nearly 20 years and is an accredited APIL senior litigator.
