Nottingham Law School has launched a new qualification course for trade mark specialists.

It has been approved by the Institute of Trade Mark Attorneys and teaches skills in negotiation; advocacy; client care; drafting; letter and advice skills; client interviewing and professional ethics and conduct.

The new Professional Certificate in Trade Mark Practice will begin in 2011, subject to validation.
