The Legal Services Commission (LSC) is to examine problems experienced in using its online service after concern was expressed by providers and clients. Launching a consultation on proposals to modernise the way users interact through electronic working, the LSC says the problems should not be allowed to deflect the long-term aims of faster progression and case management and better delivery of information. The consultation period runs until 3 July. The LSC aims to have the updated system in place by April 2010.
