The achievements of the legal profession were celebrated by the Law Society last week

Over 600 legal professionals and their guests joined the president of the Law Society John Wotton and BBC Broadcaster Mishal Husain at a presentation ceremony at Old Billingsgate.

The Law Society Gazette legal personality of the year was presented to Jo Cooper of Perrin Buildings Chambers. Other winners included junior lawyer of the year, Saadia Khan of Bindmans and in-house solicitor of the year, Naomi Bentley-Lawson of Warwickshire County Council. Lord Collins of Mapesbury received the Law Society lifetime achievement award.
