Two senior associates promoted to partner in real estate practice

Pemberton Greenish LLP has appointed two senior associates as partners in its real estate practice. Laura Checkley, a real estate dispute resolution specialist, joined the firm from Eversheds in 2009, and has represented both commercial and London Estates clients on a wide range of high profile disputes.  David de Maupeou joined the commercial real estate team from Macfarlanes in 2011.  He acts for clients including listed property companies, private investors and developers, and London Estates, representing them on a broad range of real estate transactions.
