Judicial mentoring

The Judicial Office has launched a Judicial Mentoring Scheme to encourage judicial candidates from certain under-represented groups. The scheme is open to barristers, solicitors and legal executives within target groups who have participated in the judicial work shadowing scheme and are seeking an appointment in the next two years or sooner. Professionally qualified legal academics and judges seeking to progress to higher office are also eligible.
