Janet Dalton’s recent promotion to director has boosted DWF’s finance and restructuring team.

Janet joined the firm’s Manchester office in April 2004 as a senior legal adviser. She is a qualified company secretary and a member of the Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators.

Andrew Gregory, head of the finance and restructuring team, says: “Janet brings experience to the team and this promotion enables us to recognise and reward the work and dedication that she has demonstrated since joining the firm.

The finance and restructuring team is a rapidly growing part of our practice which already enjoys a key role in the national and regional finance markets.”
