Law firm Jackson Lees Group has announced several senior promotions within its 70-strong private client division. John-Paul Dennis, who joined earlier this year as partner and head of the wills, trust and probate team, has been appointed to the new role of divisional director. The move reflects the firm’s strategy to unify its private client services and drive growth across the division.
Sarah McCarthy and Janet Jones, who head the family and residential property teams respectively, have both been promoted to partner. Chris Stone and Claire Martini have also become partners, marking further investment in the firm’s leadership. Managing director Esther Leach said the appointments were ‘a testament to our approach – we are nurturing future leaders, strengthening our team and benefiting from the dedication and ambition of our colleagues’.
Leach added that private client is ‘the area where we are really driving growth at Jackson Lees Group’, describing Dennis’s appointment as divisional director as ‘an exciting new chapter’. She said the firm’s Legal Career Pathway, launched earlier this year, was designed to ‘develop our own people, provide clear routes for progression, and retain the talent we have invested in’.
The promotions highlight the firm’s broader commitment to growth and talent development across its Liverpool, Wirral and Southport offices. Part of MAPD Group, Jackson Lees Group comprises Jackson Lees, Broudie Jackson Canter and Farrington Law, and continues to expand its full-service legal offering to clients and communities across the North West.
