Appoints 15 September 2011 as the day that the Finance Act 2011 (FA 2011), s 43 (relief for expenditure on research and development by small and medium enterprises) comes into force. The amendments made by FA 2011, s 43 have effect in relation to expenditure incurred on or after 1 April 2011.
