Review of the balance of competences
Lawyers are being asked for their views on EU rights, as part of a 12-week government call for evidence. The Balance of Competences Review looks at the impact of the EU’s fundamental rights framework, its advantages and disadvantage for the UK, and its future. Views should
be submitted before 13 January 2014. The government will publish a report next summer. The call for evidence can be found here.
