Equality Act 2010 (Commencement No 1) Order 2010 (SI 2010/1736)

Brings into force certain provisions of the Equality Act 2010 for the purpose of making subordinate legislation or guidance.

Commences provisions which amend the Equality Act 2006 allowing the Equality and Human Rights Commission to issue Codes of Practice in connection with any matter addressed in the Equality Act 2010.
