Drug testing

We test for the widest range of substances in hair (head/body), nails, urine and oral fluid, including non-standard drugs.

Plus, our FREE Drug Screen Plus service screens for any additional markers or compounds within the standard drug panels, even if you did not specifically ask us to test for them.

Alcohol testing

Options include hair, nail and blood tests for alcohol biomarkers, plus breath testing and the SCRAM Continuous Alcohol Monitoring® (CAM) bracelet for real-time 24/7 monitoring.

DNA testing

We provide DNA testing for all family relationships including paternity, prenatal paternity, siblings, grandparents, avuncular, Y chromosome, cousins and more. Next-day results come as standard (same-day also available) and are accepted by Family Courts, the Ministry of Justice, UK Visas and Immigration, and the Home Office.

AlphaBiolabs is also the only UK lab with ISO 17025 accreditation for non-invasive prenatal paternity testing.
