Erith Holdings Ltd and another v Murphy [2017] EWHC 1364 (TCC), [2017] All ER (D) 48 (Jun)

The Technology and Construction Court dismissed the claimant companies’ claims against the defendant, in a dispute concerning a contract for waste removal services. The court held that the defendant had not been a party to the contract between the parties in his personal capacity, and had not undertaken any personal responsibility for costs incurred.
