Bosworth and another v Arcadia Petroleum Ltd and others [2016] All ER (D) 25 (Sep), [2016] EWCA Civ 818

The Court of Appeal, Civil Division, dismissed the defendants’ appeal against the judge’s decision that the court had jurisdiction over conspiracy and breach of fiduciary claims against them, save to the extent the claims were for breach of fiduciary duty occurring while the defendants were employed by the claimants.
