The Centre for Legal Leadership has launched, offering dedicated education, mentoring and support services for in-house lawyers. The centre is headed by RPC's Bruce Macmillan, former senior in-house lawyer at Visa Europe. It aims to help in-house lawyers with career development, knowledge and education, and peer support. It offers discussion groups built around a bank of practical material that has been drafted by a focus group of 20 in-house lawyers and specialist writers. MacMillan said: “Our research identified a significant appetite from within the in-house community for more guidance and support.”
