The Supreme Court is heading to Wales on 22-25 July, and invites members of the public and media to attend its hearings.

It will sit in the committee rooms of Ty Hywel (part of the National Assembly for Wales), Pierhead Street, Cardiff. It will hear three cases: a planning appeal for a community wind turbine; a negligence claim brought by a company against a bank, concerning the issue of whether an individual’s dishonest state of mind can be attributed to a company; and a solicitors’ negligence case that raises admission of evidence queries. Public access is from 9.30am.
