Lobo v Corich; Corich v Lobo [2017] EWHC 1438 (TCC), [2017] All ER (D) 132 (Jun)

The Technology and Construction Court held that challenges made to a number of judgments by the defendant, C, would be dismissed. Although C had not been involved in the early part of the proceedings concerning a building dispute, documents had been properly served on him and there had been no breach of natural justice or procedural unfairness concerning him.
