Tech company BigHand has produced a report on workflow management trends between lawyers and support staff in firms of 100-199 lawyers
It is based on a survey in May, which garnered more than 900 responses. The report covers the need for more flexible working patterns, and the associated opportunities and challenges.
The report suggests mid-size firms maximise their USPs over larger firms by getting the right tasks to the right level of resource, to reduce costs and mitigate the risk of staff burnout.
