Bellevue Law has appointed litigation specialist Lianne Craig as a senior consultant, continuing the growth of its commercial disputes team. Her arrival follows the recent appointment of Catherine McBride, as the b corp-certified boutique strengthens its disputes offering in complex, high-value and cross-border litigation.
Craig brings more than 25 years’ experience across domestic and international disputes, spanning complex commercial, financial services and competition matters. She has particular expertise in multi-party and group claims, including large-scale financial services disputes, and in the use of litigation funding and insurance products. She previously served as London managing partner and head of commercial disputes at Hausfeld.
Founder Florence Brocklesby said: ‘Lianne is a formidable disputes lawyer whose strategic insight and international experience significantly strengthen our Commercial Disputes offering,’ adding that the hire marks ‘another important step in the continued expansion of our team.’
Craig said: ‘I am delighted to be joining Bellevue Law as part of the plan for expansion of the firm’s fast-growing Commercial Disputes practice.’ She added that operating within the Bellevue platform would enable her ‘to offer independent strategic litigation advice’ while continuing to build her leadership coaching and consulting practice.
