US legal services giant LegalZoom has teamed up with QualitySolicitors to launch a range of products online later this year.

Clients will be able to access documents relating to employment contracts, company formations, wills, power of attorney and divorces online, with local QualitySolicitors available to review, help complete documents or provide face-to-face advice and representation. Subscription-based plans will be offered to businesses and individuals.
