Yasmin Hussain has been appointed as legal director, LexisNexis Asia.

She will join Shawn Clark’s Asia team from May while transitioning her current responsibilities and moving to the Singapore office.

Yasmin joined the company from private practice in 2010 as corporate counsel for the UK business unit. She has a varied background in mergers and acquisitions, corporate finance and commercial contracts.
