The Law Commission has launched a consultation on how to simplify legislation relating to Wales. The process of devolution has further complicated an already complex web of legislation and amendments, making it difficult to work out where responsibilities lie. The picture is complicated further by the pace at which the law on devolved areas is diverging from the law in England. The consultation closes on 9 October 2015.
