Bath-based Mogers Solicitors has announced five new appointments.

Tom Webb, a former associate at Clarke Willmott in Bristol, has been appointed as a partner in the company and commercial team.

Sean McDonough joins as a partner in the commercial team, specialising in business services and employment law.

Samantha Brown, who joins the commercial property team from MLM Cartwright in Cardiff, will specialise in property acquisitions and disposals, landlord and tenant matters and development land transactions.

Thomas Chiffers joins the private client team from Wilsons, and Jenny Martin joins the residential team, having completed her training at TLT in Bristol. Jenny will qualify as a legal executive next month.
