Eversheds has appointed Steven Geerlings and Paul-Michael Rebus to the firms’ city banking and finance arm.

Steven specialises in asset based lending acting for ABL providers on a pan European basis. Paul-Michael has established City and international credentials in structured finance, securitisation and international capital markets.
