Leading Manchester law firm Slater Heelis has further reinforced its highly regarded court of protection team with the appointment of Oliver Banks as partner. Bringing extensive experience in deputyship and Court of Protection applications, Oliver (pictured, left) specialises in managing high-value compensation awards for clients with life-changing injuries, recognised for his empathetic and client-centred approach.
An active committee member of The Professional Deputies Forum, Oliver contributes to promoting best practice and professional standards within the sector. His appointment marks a strategic step in the firm’s commitment to expanding its specialist services and meeting growing demand for expert support in complex and sensitive cases.
