Ledingham Chalmers has promoted Rod Hutchison to partner, recognising his specialist capabilities in corporate law.

Rod has spent eight years as an associate in its Aberdeen office, while also tutoring on company & commercial law within the diploma in legal practice at Aberdeen University.

As a commercial lawyer he focuses principally on partnerships, incorporation of new companies and corporate governance compliance issues, as well as business acquisition and sale transactions.
