Lachaux v Independent Print Ltd [2017] EWCA Civ 1327, [2017] All ER (D) 84 (Sep)

The judge had been justified in his conclusions and there was no proper basis for interfering with the exercise of his discretion to order documents be returned, all copies be destroyed and restraining the defendants from disclosing or using any legal professional privileged information contained in them, subject to specified exceptions.
