Specialist commercial set Quadrant Chambers has appointed Luke Parsons QC as its new head

He takes over the role from joint heads, Lionel Persey QC and Simon Rainey QC. Luke’s goal is to ensure the development of appropriate skillsets and capabilities aligned with clients’ changing needs, and matching the evolution of traditional shipping law firm clients to a broader base focused on “international commerce”.
