The House of Lords Library has published a briefing on the Retained EU Law (Revocation and Reform) Bill (REULRR Bill) ahead of its Second Reading in the House of Lords due to take place on 6 February 2023. 

Lexis®Library update: The briefing covers major changes to be made under the REULRR Bill including proposals to sunset the majority of retained EU law at the end of 2023, powers granted to ministers to exempt some retained EU law from the scope of the sunset, and provisions for modifications to be made to retained EU law by statutory instrument.
