Law firms fail to measure impact of digital marketing

Law firms usually generate at least one new business enquiry per month through digital marketing, but one third don’t measure how many enquiries are converted each month, or don’t convert any. James Noble, partner at digital marketing company Propero Partners, which surveyed firms on the subject, said: ‘Law firms not measuring conversions is alarming and suggests an urgent need to leverage a conversion strategy. You need to know where leads come from and what brings them to the point of converting to better understand the needs of future prospects.’
