Practice Statement (Administrative Court: uncontested proceedings) [2008] All ER (D) 03 (Jun)

This direction replaces the Practice Direction [1997] 2 All ER 799 and covers determination of proceedings where the parties are agreed as to the terms on which proceedings in the Administrative Court can disposed of; interim orders, where the parties seek an interlocutory order and are agreed as to the terms of that proposed order; and the discontinuance or withdrawal of proceedings (including proceedings for habeas corpus).
