Launched in 2015, InfoTrack introduced the UK’s first digital AP1 submission, setting a new benchmark for legal technology. Since then, the company has grown to support over 25,000 conveyancers and more than 2,400 law firms, representing around two-thirds of the profession. Its platform now facilitates thousands of transactions daily, acting as a digital backbone for modern conveyancing teams.
Among its standout innovations is eCOS, the Electronic Client Onboarding Solution, launched in 2019. This tool enabled law firms to collect client information and verify identities digitally—an essential capability during the pandemic. eCOS has since onboarded over one million clients, streamlining processes and reducing risk from the outset.
InfoTrack has also led the way in digitising key stages of the conveyancing process, from contract packs and enquiries to enabling over a million property searches annually. Its platform connects conveyancers with HM Land Registry, HMRC, local authorities, and other legal service providers, placing it at the heart of the UK’s digital conveyancing infrastructure.
With offices in Woking, London, and Leeds, InfoTrack has earned multiple accolades, including the prestigious King’s Award for Enterprise in Innovation in 2024.
CEO Scott Bozinis reflected: “From day one, our goal has been to make conveyancing better for everyone. We’re proud of what we’ve achieved and excited for what’s next.”
