CJC extends deadline for survey & call for evidence

The Civil Justice Council (CJC) has extended the deadline for receipt of its guideline hourly rates costs survey. Mr Justice Foskett, chair of the CJC costs committee, says responses lodged online by 4pm on 12 December will be taken into account. The CJC’c call for evidence has been extended to the same deadline. Foskett J emphasised that all information received will be treated as strictly confidential. The current guideline hourly rates have not been updated since 2010.
