Manchester-based Pannone LLP has introduced an “eco-incentive” scheme for its 650 employees, boosting cash donations to local environmental projects each time employees reduce their carbon footprints.

Staff can generate funds by signing up for free home energy surveys, or by purchasing discounted green products such as loft insulation and energy efficient boilers. The money raised will go to Foundation, a North West climate fund, which provides grants for community-based carbon reduction projects.
