Litigation funding will continue to see ‘high levels of growth’ not only geographically but in terms of fund raising investment levels and case types, according to Neil Purslow, co-founder of Therium Capital Management. Research by law firm RPC found a 25% increase in litigation funding in the UK in 2016.
