Freedom of information

Consideration should be given to the introduction of rules in relation to the documents the Charity Commission held in statutory inquiries in the same way as courts so that interested parties would be aware on what basis they might be disclosed despite exemption under s 32(2) of the Freedom of Information Act 2000. To have consistency of approach across the board would be a virtue.
